This is the placeholder used for your jacket modification. Add this to your cart instead of selecting a base-jacket from our shop, & we will reach out to get the details of your jacket & have you send it to us.

DON'T FORGET: You still have to pick out your Luminous Design, so don't forget to add that to your cart along with your desired accent colour before you checkout!

  • The Dark Alchemy placeholder covers the modification cost for MOST jackets.
  • Although uncommon, some jackets present a much more complicated modification process & may require an additional payment to cover extended labour / materials needed. In that case, you will be provided with a final quote to cover the remaining cost. The final quote will link you to a special order product on the website (unique to your order), which can be checked out just like any other product, so if you opted for a payment plan, you will still have that option available to you upon this final checkout.
  • In the event a jacket is determined to be unsuitable for modification, your Dark Alchemy order is FULLY refundable. We will notify you if this is the case, & you will have an opportunity to either select a base jacket from our shop, OR, if you have an alternative modification candidate, we can provide another assessment at no additional cost.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

  • Because the products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns. If you are unsure about a jacket's sizing, we DO offer a try-before-you-buy option [Some Jackets Excluded] which will be listed in the description of elligible jackets. See [HERE] for details. Try-before-you-buy requires a down-payment to purchase the unmodified base-jacket, & is refundable with the exception of shipping costs. 

  • All Luminous Apparel comes with a 60-Day Warranty covering any potential hardware malfunctions. Every jacket must pass QA testing prior to to shipping, but we want to ensure you are covered in the event of an unexpected failure. For details on the standard warranty, see the Warranty & Repairs page. You will also be provided a copy of your warranty info with your order confirmation email.
  • Knight-Witch offers an Extended Warranty upgrade if you would like to purchase more expansive & longer lasting coverage. Details for the extended warranty are included [HERE], & you can add this to your cart [HERE]

Outsite of our Warranty options, we offer a Maintenance & Repair Program all customers are free to use any time! This gives you an easy way to keep your jacket in tiptop shape for years to come & enables you to repair even the most extreme damage... with the exception of literally incinerating your jacket because we are witches, goddamnit—not gods!
