All Luminous Apparel can be sent in for repairs & maintenance at any time. While certain damage is covered by your warranty, we want to make sure your jacket lasts long after the warranty period has ended. If you need to refresh your jacket's decal face from scratches, dents, etc, or fix a hole you accidently jammed through it trying to find your chapstick too aggressively (damn those acrylics), we can fix it!

Let us know what you need done, and include your order number in your request so we can make sure to apply eligible warranty coverages and / or your Maintenance and Repair discount accordingly. Please provide photos to help show damage or any details that will help us in assessing what your jacket will need.

Can I send my jacket in to repair even if my warranty is expired?

Yes!! You can always send it in for repairs, refreshers, and even hardware upgrades. This program exists to ensure no matter if it's been 5 years or 5 months since you purchased a Luminous product, it will last you for a lifetime. While some things might prevent repairs from being feasible (ie. flying directly into the sun, being struck by lightening, your jacket was cremated in a house fire), most things can in fact be fixed!

What's the cost associated with it?

That depends on the work it needs done. Fill out the form to get us the details and we will be able to give you an estimate! As always, we offer payment plans for ALL purchases via Afterpay, so even in a bind, you aren't in a bind. Life happens, we get it.
